Information collected
Creating an account requires an email address, which is used for sign-in links. People who sign in with a Google account provide their name, email address and profile photo. The platform records form content and the responses submitted by respondents. Usage data is also recorded, including form views, starts, completions and the time taken to finish a form. IP addresses are logged for security purposes and rate limiting.
How information is used
Account data allows people to sign in, manage forms, invite teammates and share reports. Form content and responses are displayed to the account holder who created the form. Usage data generates analytics for form owners to review their form performance. IP addresses help prevent abuse and secure the platform. The platform does not currently sell personal data or show advertising.
Form owners and respondents
Account holders control the forms they build and the data they collect. They are solely responsible for obtaining consent from respondents and establishing a lawful basis for their questions. Respondents who submit data interact directly with the form owner, not with TNL GLOBAL SERVICES LLC. Any requests from respondents about their data must go to the account holder who collected it.
Cookies and browser storage
The platform uses a session cookie to keep account holders signed in. A browser storage identifier counts how many times a form is viewed. A referral cookie lasts for 30 days to track how people find the service. These mechanisms are necessary for the platform to function.
Service providers
External companies provide infrastructure to run the platform. These providers handle hosting, network security, email delivery and error monitoring. These providers process data as part of operating their services.
Retention and deletion
Data remains on the platform while an account is active. Account holders may delete their forms or responses at any time, which removes the data from the active database. When an account is closed, the associated data may be deleted at the discretion of TNL GLOBAL SERVICES LLC.
Requests
Account holders may ask questions about their data or request deletion by using the contact form at formssh.com/contact. TNL GLOBAL SERVICES LLC reviews these requests and may act on them at its own discretion. Respondents must contact the relevant form owner directly for any requests regarding their submitted responses.
Security, children and international processing
Security measures are applied to the platform, but these are provided without any guarantee of absolute protection. The service is not directed at children under 13, and accounts are not offered to them. Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the one where the user lives.
