This document outlines the rules for using formssh.com. Anyone who creates an account or submits a response operates under these terms. Continued use of the platform means accepting the conditions described here.
Accounts
Account holders must provide accurate information when registering. They are responsible for all activity that happens under their account, including actions taken by teammates they invite. TNL GLOBAL SERVICES LLC accepts no liability for unauthorized access or account misuse.
Your forms and the data you collect
Account holders are solely responsible for their forms, the questions they ask and the responses they gather. They must secure respondent consent and comply with any applicable rules that govern their data collection. Respondents deal directly with the form owner, so the account holder must handle all respondent requests. TNL GLOBAL SERVICES LLC assumes no obligation or liability for the content of any form or the data submitted to it.
Acceptable use
The platform must not be used for spam, phishing, illegal content or impersonation. Account holders are forbidden from collecting passwords or payment card numbers through their forms. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or the removal of forms.
As is and own risk
The service is provided strictly as is and as available. TNL GLOBAL SERVICES LLC makes no promises, guarantees, commitments or warranties about uptime, reliability or functionality. Users operate the platform entirely at their own risk.
No liability
TNL GLOBAL SERVICES LLC accepts no liability of any kind for damages, losses or claims arising from the use of the platform. This exclusion applies without any cap or fee-based limit. There are no service levels or timelines for support, and no compensation is available for service interruptions or data loss.
Indemnity
Users fully indemnify TNL GLOBAL SERVICES LLC against all claims, damages, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees. This broad indemnity covers disputes related to forms, collected data, respondents' claims and any third-party claims. Account holders bear the complete financial burden of any legal issues caused by their use of the service.
Suspension and termination
TNL GLOBAL SERVICES LLC may suspend accounts, remove forms or end the service entirely at any time. This may happen without notice and carries no liability to the account holder or their respondents. Account holders may stop using the service and close their accounts whenever they choose.
Fees and changes to the service
The platform is currently free to use, but paid plans may be introduced in the future. Features may be added, modified or removed at the discretion of TNL GLOBAL SERVICES LLC. No guarantees are made that any specific feature remains available.
Changes to these terms, governing law and contact
These terms may change at any time by posting the updated version on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the new rules.
